That means that it gets dark early! We went on a flashlight scavenger hunt at our house. I picked out ten items to hide and hunt for: a large metal spoon; the doggy’s pink blanket; a stapler; my green striped socks; a Clementine from the fruit bowl; our new 2012 calendar (with January 14 circled!); my favorite ornament from the tree; a stuffed turtle; the mailbox keys; and a postcard from the Museum about membership.
